Introduction of ISIX Retrieval as a flexible research and presentation application.

• Starting position.

Many archive systems solely offer an inflexible Client Interface with limited configuration options. Secure access to information via mobile devices is not supported, i.e. essential information are not available outside of the company.

• Analysis and measures.

Requirements to the application are defined in a close cooperation with the client, including multi-language support, user authorization and/or user authentification, integration of portal solutions and/or viewers as well as direct conversion of documents. Based on these requirements, a feasible concept for the integration of ISIX Retrieval is drawn up.

• Implementation.

In phase 1, ISIX Retrieval is precisely configured to meet the client's requirements in detail. In the next step, users within the company can be released. Worldwide archive access is granted in the 3rd phase while taking all security standards into consideration.

• Result.

Comfortable archive-independent research of information applying a user-friendly system which is perfectly customised to company requirements. In addition, worldwide online access to all data – convenient and also via mobile terminals.
